Unfortunately for me my son grew more than we expected this summer and we needed to buy new equipment and our orders had just been filled and delivered. I contacted Joe today and he was very understanding and even though he’s still very busy with other associations and their orders he has gone above and beyond to help and make sure to get my son his size for the start of our upcoming season. “I was helped by a very nice young gentleman this past Thursday. He was able to find me a pair of soccer shoes for my daughter in the exact colour scheme she wanted. This was a difficult task for finding the right size for a 5 year old. He also helped me with getting an XS shin guards that just slip in the socks. It was exactly what I wanted but couldn’t find at SVP. Incredible service and the price was way less than what I expected to pay. Second time I’ve purchased from this store and have not been disappointed. It’s very refreshing to have solid customer service! My daughter was so happy with her shoes that she couldn’t wait to try them on. First kick of the ball and she almost broke a window in the house. I couldn’t have been happier.”
