My item was shipped to Kitchener from Concord and was somehow miss sorted and sent back to Concord where it has been sitting for a week waiting to be re sorted ,I guess. I have contacted them through the app , tracking my parcel and there has been no movement and no explanation. Definitely will not use this service again.
