“This location does not accept UPS or Canada Post. Before going to a penguin pick up double check that the specific location accepts the courier you are using. Not all penguin pick ups accept the same ones :) in the same plaza inside the No Frills they accept UPS.”

I was so pleased with my first visit that I have been back 2 more times since then.The young gentleman working there (Hadi) helped me on all 3 occasions and I find him to be extremely helpful and polite. He is probably the best employee I have come across so far, and I have had many many interactions with various UPS stores and their staff.Hadi is very knowledgeable, always smiling, and he always goes above and beyond!This location is my new go-to.”
“I had a really difficult situation with my shipment, there were delays because of the wrong selection of the shipper. I had a trade show the next day, and estimated delivery was after few days, by which time the show would have ended. The shipment had reached the Concord facility but still needed to be processed. The agents Sharon Wagner and Kevon Reid at the Customer Counter were extremely helpful! Sharon went looking for our packages personally in a large warehouse and honestly I have no idea how she did it! They completely understood our situation and genuinely wanted to help us. I am extremely grateful for their help, if you guys are reading this, we had a successful show only thanks to you guys!”
