HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've been trying to get my package delivered since 3 days after making a nearly $700 payment to UPS and they've been harassing me. Moreover, the lady that works in this center was extremely rude and disrespectful. The whole job of UPS is to "deliver" the package. And I was asked that if I needed the package I was to come there and pick it up. For the past 3 days they've been assuring me that it would be delivered and just before the weekend they tell me that the item wasn't loaded. In addition despite making the payment, UPS was trying to force me to make double payment. An absolute scam and fraud in operation.
The product has been in this warehouse for nearly over 8 days and a product worth $6000 has just been kept there without notifying the customer . Disappointed is an understatement.

Unfortunately these local drivers are terrible. They are either lazy or incompetent when it comes to having to deliver a package with any sort of buzzer.

Everyday my package says it will arrive by the end of the day but it never shows up. This has been going on for a couple of days now. When I ask where my package is, they always say it is out for delivery. So if it is out for delivery, why have I not received my package? I still have yet to receive my package or get an update as to where it is. Please avoid UPS at all cost if possible. Very disappointed.

UPS driver does not ring door bell/knock on door. This has happened on multiple occasions! Do they just come, see the door, and return? When I called, the auto system does not understand Canada zipcode because there are letters, not just numbers. It takes many tries to talk to a representative. Also, the first delivery was failed because the driver's system said I have not paid the fee, but I did, and I even had the invoice. When I called the first time, the representative was very rude, having the tone of basically accusing me of lying about that until I read her the invoice number. She never apologized.

One of your drivers just hit and damaged my compost bin. I observe him driving over it, reversed then drove around it leaving it spilled all over the street. I have the camera footage if you wish to see. Just wondering how you can buy back my bin!! The driver knew what they were doing! In this day and age with cameras everywhere he evidently needs to retrain.

Please if you can avoid it, NEVER use UPS as a form of delivery. I cannot even begin to explain the absolute terrible experience of trying to receive a package that apparently has an error in the address. For the past few days I have had to call UPS “customer service” about 10 times and have been continuously lied to about when my package will be delivered. Everytime I would follow up, there would be more false information spewed and now because of this I am the one who has to go pickup my own package because I am sick of relying on this company to do their own job. This is also not even including the fact that I ended up being transferred to a facility in Burlington and was hung up on by the absolute snarkiest most impolite worker I’ve ever experienced. I will be sure to never try and use UPS again and will continue to never recommend using this service. I hope UPS can figure out a better system than just sending our calls to remote locations in the Philippines where no one seems to give you a straight answer and can only seem to repeat the same information over and over again.

The driver from there is a thief and stoled my package. I would never recommend UPS if you want to receive you package. Worst customer service and no respect about their customers. 950$ lost because of them and there malicious driver...

These UPS servicers didn't even ring my doorbell, instead they left a note on my door which delays my package pickup until after the weekend. Excuse me, but when you say the delivery is expected today, I expect the package to arrive today, and for you to at least text or ring my doorbell when you arrive, yet you fail to even do that. This Concord, ON facility is useless. Clearly, from other reviewers they have experienced the same pattern of behaviour. This has got to stop.

Why is there only one UPS Customer Centre in all of Ontario, which is a province larger than many states in the US? It's ridiculous that UPS has a policy that items over $1k (e.g. returning a laptop) can't be dropped off at their many UPS Stores around the GTA, but it must be dropped off here so far away or having to wait for an available driver. If they're only going to have only one location, UPS needs to adjust this policy so that any UPS Store can accept items up to $5k. It doesn't make sense that you can pick up high value items but not drop them off at regular UPS Stores. Also, the whole setup of this Customer Centre is not customer friendly at all, and the person working there had no idea what to do with a box with the high value item (which again isn't even that high value, it's just a corporate laptop). I had to tell them what to do, when it's their policy. The whole policy needs a change to utilize their UPS stores more instead of having to come here. FedEx and Canada Post don't have such a limited policy.

This place is awful. I showed up here at exactly 9 to pick up a single package, and have now been waiting for over half an hour. Customer service is poor, clerks are surly, impolite, and impatient.
The truly galling thing is that they are impatient despite the fact that they expect customers to be patient with them.
Honestly I’m only here in the first place because these absolutely inept deliverers failed to deliver this package properly to my home address for no good reason.
UPS is bad delivery company, plain and simple.

Delivery 2 days late in warehouse about an hour away and not moved for two days. UPS customer service says they can't say when it will be delivered and I should continue to check their tracking until they decide to post a delivery date. UPS says uncontrollable delay. How can it be uncontrollable when they have possession of the package and they are the delivery company.
