“I've been shopping online at Vitashop for 10 years and the experience has been really positive. The prices are competitive and they offer free shipping for a minimum order quantity ($75). The only hiccup I would mention was the over-reliance on Canada Post, which is always hampered by strikes and other issues.
I think they realized this and have started diversifying their shippers, and I hope they keep it up. Over the years, they have also revamped their website and it's pretty easy to navigate and purchase from it. They also stock a wide variety of Canadian vitamin brands (e.g. Natural Factors), which is a nice feature if you want to support Canadian companies.”

Smith’s Compounding Pharmacy has been one of our preferred pharmacy. We used to come drop off our prescription and were able to pickup quickly before leaving, with everything billed through insurance. It’s still easy to talk to the pharmacist to confirm stock and then email our prescription to start processing.
This time we were able to order over the phone although one of the medications was not in prescribed form so they offered to compound it into a cream. This time, compounded medication was required to be prepaid perhaps due to new owner policies, whereas this material was not available at the nearby Shopper’s pharmacy. They were able to directly bill insurance for other regular medication.
We liked the flexibility of being able to pickup over the phone while providing payment. They also offer medication delivery. We were able to pick up the standard medication first, and they called back the next day when the compounded cream was ready for pickup earlier than initial estimated timeline upon knowing our need.
Note this quiet pharmacy is stowed away in a small plaza. However the entrance is locked and requires ringing of the doorbell for entry inside.”

Like other have mentioned. Placed an order, my CC was charged. Product was never shipped.
I called them and they said it coming in stock soon. months have gone by and still nothing. If product was not in stock, why charge the CC.
Have been trying to call them and email them for weeks.
No one is answering the phones, or emails.”
