The staff - seems to be a papa and mama store - are friendly and always helpful. Everything tidy and clean.Today i was looking for some tee to help with relaxation and sleep and they had quite a few options available.I cannot recommend this store enough.”

“I've been shopping online at Vitashop for 10 years and the experience has been really positive. The prices are competitive and they offer free shipping for a minimum order quantity ($75). The only hiccup I would mention was the over-reliance on Canada Post, which is always hampered by strikes and other issues. I think they realized this and have started diversifying their shippers, and I hope they keep it up. Over the years, they have also revamped their website and it's pretty easy to navigate and purchase from it. They also stock a wide variety of Canadian vitamin brands (e.g. Natural Factors), which is a nice feature if you want to support Canadian companies.”

“As a Healthy Planet customer for over 10 years who shops across five branches, I have never experienced the level of service I received at Bathurst and Sheppard. A gentleman named Reza went above and beyond for my health journey. Reza is remarkably knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. He listened to my concerns and guided me toward the right supplements. For 13 years, I suffered from chronic joint pain. Thanks to his expert recommendations, my joints are finally recovering, and my health has improved dramatically. Reza represents the best of customer service. If you visit this location, seek him out, you will be in great hands.”

568 Danforth Avenue, Toronto ON L3P 1W9
“Healthy Planet on the Danforth is such a great neighbourhood health and wellness store. The selection is seriously impressive, and I’m always surprised by how much they manage to fit into the store. They have everything from supplements and vitamins to health foods, snacks, specialty groceries, beauty products, household items and more. It’s one of those places where you go in looking for one thing and inevitably find a few other things you didn’t know you needed. The selection is definitely one of the biggest draws for me, and the regular sales are a nice bonus. I also really appreciate having knowledgeable staff available when you have questions or need help finding something. It’s nice to be able to ask questions and actually get some help rather than having to figure everything out yourself.”

“I had such a great experience at OurWellness.I went with my mom and we both felt welcomed right away. The place is calm, clean, and very professional, and there was a gentleman who helped us who was very informative and clearly knew what he was talking about, which made us feel comfortable and confident. We originally went in for just one thing but ended up leaving with a few more because of the great options they had and how well everything was explained. It was such a nice experience to share with my mom, and we both left feeling happy and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again!”

“Convenience goes a long way. Smith’s Compounding Pharmacy has been one of our preferred pharmacy. We used to come drop off our prescription and were able to pickup quickly before leaving, with everything billed through insurance. It’s still easy to talk to the pharmacist to confirm stock and then email our prescription to start processing. This time we were able to order over the phone although one of the medications was not in prescribed form so they offered to compound it into a cream. This time, compounded medication was required to be prepaid perhaps due to new owner policies, whereas this material was not available at the nearby Shopper’s pharmacy. They were able to directly bill insurance for other regular medication. We liked the flexibility of being able to pickup over the phone while providing payment. They also offer medication delivery. We were able to pick up the standard medication first, and they called back the next day when the compounded cream was ready for pickup earlier than initial estimated timeline upon knowing our need. Note this quiet pharmacy is stowed away in a small plaza. However the entrance is locked and requires ringing of the doorbell for entry inside.”
