“I had a great experience at the Banana Republic Factory Store thanks to Mario. I went in looking to buy suits for both myself and my brother, and Mario was incredibly knowledgeable. With just one glance, he knew our exact sizes for both the pants and blazers.
What really stood out was how passionate he is about suits — he was genuinely excited to help us and took the time to walk us through color options, proper fit, and what makes a suit a good long-term investment piece.
On top of that, the price was amazing — $280 for a full suit. I highly recommend visiting the store or calling ahead to see when Mario is working if you’re looking to buy a suit. He made the entire experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free.”

However, not enough sales associates I was waiting for someone to unlock the change room, every time I come here I encounter this problem. Also, one sales associate surrounded by several customers asking for assistance and waiting for service.”
