They were fully booked for the day and were only supposed to look at my vehicle the following day , however they were able to squeeze in my jeep and figure out the issue and repair it all at the end of the same day . They had even drove me home and came back to pick me up and drive me back to get my vehicle! Wow ! Couldn’t ask for better service ! Thank you”

“We had traveled over 4 hours to North Bay. We just arrived, stopped to get gas, and our truck would not turn over! We tried to figure it out will some help from some by standers but to no avail. With 20 minutes until closing time, I was able to get a hold of St. Jean Auto Services. We towed the truck to the garage, with hopes it would be looked at early the next day as discussed. At 11 am the next day, we recieved a call that our truck was fixed after finding some faulty wiring, and we could pick up our truck. Without the kindness of the people at St. Jean's we would have been stranded. I cannot express our gratitude enough. 5 stars ?”

“I called Total with some work my GMC 3500HD needed and mentioned for refrance that some of the work had already been quoted by them a year earlier. They booked me in quick and also said they would honour the quote from a year ago. The work was completed the day it went in and the truck drove like a dream. On the way home with the truck a service message came up and a couple info screens were wonkey. I called them up, they said drop it off in the morning, after some diagnostics and a sensor tweek off I went with nothing asked from them other than a handshake and a smile.
