The thrift store is a registered charity, meaning no tax on items, and all proceeds fund the community kitchen. It is consistently clean, very well-organized, and filled with a lovely variety of items. Shoppers find amazing treasures, gems, and brand-new items at reasonable prices, including clothes, jewelry, home decor, kitchen items, bedding, books, and vintage shirts. The staff and volunteers are always kind, respectful, friendly, understanding, and willing to help in any way they can. The system is easy to follow, wait times are short, and there is plenty of parking.
