I would like to know if this auto shop charges for an inspection?
I have a car that needs an inspection but inspection these days are so expensive plus if it needs alot of work on it, man it's crazy out there. I'm hoping Mike's auto shop can helpe out. Also new to Cornwall Ontario.”

“Recently, I noticed a loud noise while braking, and called City Radiator this morning to see if they were able to check out what was wrong. Luckily, they had room and were able to take me in immediately! Turns out my rear brake pads were completely worn out, so I had to get those replaced, as well as the rear brake
rotors. They completed the work quickly (took about 2 hours), and charged a very reasonable price! Would highly recommend :)”
“I've only ever let Shawn and Jen fix my cars unless they were under warranty then it was the dealerships problem!
To think Shawn and Jen were the only ones in the Cornwall area that would even consider touching my first ever car a 1993 geo Metro that wouldn't pass an etest because the timing chain was off... Let's back up a bit, were talking 2008, I was in my early 20's got a great deal on the car, and I didn't know how to drive stick! Maybe a week in the shop, I was in no rush, if the timing wasn't set it would never get on the road and I didn't have a clue about cars, I get a call they got the job done! Of course! Passed with flying colours!
I'm now 40, and yet again will be returning with my new to me purchase, and the only ones to much it will be Jen and Shawn!

“Great experience at Direct Muffler! They used a smoke test to diagnose a gas leak on my 2019 Jetta that was triggering the engine light. “I brought my 2024 Civic SI to Cornwall Honda for collision repair through an insurance claim, which is a very stressful thing to go through. The repair itself isn't really the stressful part, it's not knowing how long it's going to take or whether you're going to be stuck without a vehicle.
Mathieu was the first person I dealt with and he got me off on the right foot. He took all my information down, and when I asked him to make sure the front plate bracket wasn't installed because I wanted to do that myself, he put a note on the account right then so it wouldn't get missed. He was also the one I was emailing back and forth with and he always got back to me.
Matt, the service manager, took over my repair personally and was very hands on with it the whole way through. The work got started quickly and the quality of the body work was excellent, you can't tell anything happened to it.
The only holdup was a back-ordered part, which was out of the dealership's hands. The difference was that I was never left wondering what was going on. Matt and I talked weekly the whole time we were waiting, and he was keeping in touch with my insurance adjuster at the same time so all three of us knew where things stood. Because of that my rental never lapsed and I wasn't without a vehicle for a single day. The rental was through Enterprise and it was seamless and hassle free.
I've read plenty of reviews where somebody's car sits at a shop for months and nobody returns their calls. This was the opposite of that. Matt, Mathieu and the service department at Cornwall Honda made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with and I'd bring my vehicle back here without hesitating.”
“Excellent bilingual services. Got two screws and shown how to install front plate as I'm coming from the province of Quebec. They took my summer tires 2-3 weeks before it was time to switch at no cost. A general inspection and maintenance done. Parts under warranty installed in 35 minutes, great service !

“Traveling in my 28’ motor home and noticed a bad rattle from my left back wheel, 500 km from home, and almost at closing time, and last minute, I had no appointment, I pulled into Napa in Cornwall Ontario.
Even though they were very busy, Alan took the time checking my tire and the torque on my wheels to ensure they were safe. He was able solve the problem and I felt safe to continue on my journey.
I cannot emphasize how much I appreciated that he was to help me on such short notice.
