“Relatively new to SDG., I was referred to Mike Poirier's Auto Care, however Mike just works on imports. Mike referred me to City Radiator. What a blessing.In this age where it is so difficult to trust humans where money is exchanged, this location has earned my trust.Prior to three of my four visits there, I was anticipating more expensive issues :1. Alternator;2. Radiator;3. Heater/Blower Motor;Each time it was not. Instead it was just :1. A Defective Battery (replaced less than 50kms prior, at Mr. Lube);2. A leaking hose & a radiator cap, and3. Leaf buildup in the blower motor.Sigh. Honesty & Integrity. “Took vehicle in for rear wheel bearings, rear brakes and leaking power steering hoses. They determined that old wheel bearings would be covered under warranty so no cost to me for parts. Upon brake inspection they determined only a cleaning needed. Two expensive power steering hoses - they were able to save one so only charged me for one hose. Very impressed that they only did what was needed which greatly reduced overall costs to me. Highly recommended!Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“So,the dash in my car was telling me that ,a tire is low in pressure.Walked in the front door,spoke to the (owner) and explained what the car was telling me. The owner ,was happy to help me. He got a tech to come to my car,he had an instrument in hand,checked all the tires,then the tech brought my car into the garage,,a few minutes later( did not have to wait long), the tech brought my car in front of the shop . The indicator on my dash (low tire) was off. The tech had to RECALIBRATED the sensor in my car.Now , no more low pressure.You guys are the best. I wanted to give a big hug to the tech who fixed(whoo no charge at all) the SIMPLE problem.”

“I got off the highway for a break during a long and stressful drive to New Brunswick and heard the dreaded “noise” in the back end of my vehicle. On inspection, the muffler had become partially detached from the undercarriage. I quickly searched the web to see what I could find for service. I called Jiffy and they said to bring it right over. Although they were busy with other appointments they took it right in, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. I interacted with three different staff members and they were all friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Technically it was a minor issue BUT it was huge for me. Thanks Jiffy! This job was done right … in a jiffy!”

“Dwain Hawn is extremely versed in the world of cars and knows what he is doing. He does not believe in charging for something that is not needed and will even help you by phone for free if he can. So far, we apparently had an oil pan that was leaking and that garages were going to charge us over $1200 to fix or just $100 to look at. We brought the car over to Dwain and he looked at it, tightened a bolt and, low and behold, no more leak. The pan was perfectly fine and it cost us nothing.”
