“I got off the highway for a break during a long and stressful drive to New Brunswick and heard the dreaded “noise” in the back end of my vehicle. On inspection, the muffler had become partially detached from the undercarriage. I quickly searched the web to see what I could find for service. I called Jiffy and they said to bring it right over. Although they were busy with other appointments they took it right in, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. I interacted with three different staff members and they were all friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Technically it was a minor issue BUT it was huge for me. Thanks Jiffy!
