    Unbelievable. ATM hours are now inline with banking hour. Not only do you increase fees and cut back staff services, you even cut back the ATM hours. Can’t go inside to the ATM. People have to stand outside and use the car drive through ATM with cars and people in the car lane. I will be closing all my accounts with you.... read full comment

    No privacy, I don't think it was right that the line up behind me over heard my mom's business. Especially by the person who came out of a side office to help the teller with the issue at hand. Taking credit card payments from her account without notice, so closing the bank account now after 40+ years.

    Long waits two days in a row. They need to hire temp service people for busy days. Bloody ridiculous.
