I really enjoy going to Cornwall and visiting The Charm store. The manager there is exceptional , the staff service and friendly attitude brings me back again and again. I travel one and a half hours to go this Charm store, even though there are some closer to me. Thank you for the great experience.

Amazing customer service. The bracelet i planned on getting was out of stock and they helped me find one of equal value and helped find the original bracelet in another store. If I could give more stars I would.
