“I was doing some Reno work on my shed. Nothing big but big enough for me. I had somebody to help me and a list of what I needed. I was nervous about tackling this job and making sure I got everything I needed. feeling a little intimidated I walked to the back counter and was very fortunate to have Mike L help me.
We went through my list, he offered suggestions, assistance, and a lot of knowledge. such a big help. I set up delivery for Friday and my wife said the two young men (she did not get names ?) that delivered my supplies were so very helpful, accommodating and nice to deal with.
Emard bros management- you have some wonderful employees. I would highly recommend these guys for any project. Thank you again.”

“Helped a friend but a washing machine on Sept 6,2024 around 1pm-1:30pm and we had the best customer service we could have asked for!! We were there for over an hour making our decision. While there we were served by three wonderful employees first by a woman with red curly shoulder length hair(sorry I didn't get your name), then Dave and finally by the five star Len!! They answered all our questions were very patient with us. And put up with my jokes. Great customer service I would highly recommend this store for any appliance shopping you have”
