“i was one of the first clients of the pharmacy, and clinic next door, im proud to say the place is always top notch clean,( not always the clients but the place ), the staff are the best people in town, not joking, and then the service is pro, nobody does customer service better, and they have a great way with people in general, every single time i had a problem even unrelated to whats going on with my methadone, the pharmacist and assistants had they're own way of communicating with me to help me understand what my actions and words might have done to cause what ever i was going threw at said time, i like to thank the who crew at Pharmasave Cornwall, with a "SPECIAL" thanks to ken, Sarah, and of course Christine, those my friends;) and hope my time away was a blessing and a curse, because i don't know, i'm weird like that, ill be returning soon enough, thanks for reading folks, and i highly recommend the Gatorade and smaller selection of candy bars they have there if they still do, also the products they sell there are the markets best for health supplies, thanks to them all on the clinic side and the pharmacy side, marci and i wish you all well , see you soon,”

We want to commend, Tony, Pharmacist/Owner of Guardian Pharmacy, on his exceptional dedication in consistently providing his patrons extraordinary attention and compassion, when dealing with prescriptions and health insurance provider challenges.
With every visit, you are greeted with a welcoming smile, and a genuine concern in resolving any concerns requiring attention. Tony is patient when providing information regarding a new prescription, and/or discussing interactions with medications, as well as validating one’s uneasiness with possible side effects with new medications.

More recently, Tony’s wealth of knowledge was paramount in providing documentation to my husband’s insurance provider. Tony’s assistance enabled us to obtain crucial information, which resulted in continuing coverage for my husband. Furthermore, he reassured us of the standard practice by which insurance providers had to adhere. Tony was able to relieve my frustrations, and encouraged us to reach out, in the event my husband was in need of any immediate medications. He alleviated any anxiety surrounding coverage of prescriptions, while my husband’s coverage was being renewed.

Tony, and Guardian Pharmacy, continues to be an important resource for our city of Cornwall. I am truly grateful for the honesty and care in which Tony, and his pharmacy, extends to all of us. Thank you, Tony !”

“I was visiting Cornwall and had to fill a prescription. Two other large chain stores told me it would be at least an hour and a half. I found this great place, and was truly in and out in ten minutes. This is a real pharmacy...prescriptions only....no two aisles of make-up, toothpaste and hair dye. No aisle of semi-fresh produce. No self check out nightmare. The store is adjacent to a clinic. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. Did I mention in-and-out in ten minutes? Lots of parking and handicap acceptable, A great experience. Highly recommended.”

“This is not a big chain so you get a personalized service. The staff at this location is as awesome as is the services they provide. The owner goes above and beyond to help you with difficult situations. I highly recommend the Montreal rd location if you're in the area and need pharmaceutical assistance. Apart from the great service, they have over the counter medications available but you won't find bread and milk or other household products here. It's a real pharmacy, yes they still exist!”

“I had an Rx for my daughter that was apparently no longer used. The initial pharmacist (did not get her name) informed me of this (other pharmacists just told me they couldn't fill it), but she called various pharmacies/resources to try and find a solution. Unfortunately she couldn't so she offered to try and contact the doctor who prescribed the Rx to try and work on an alternative solution. She called many times, but was unable to reach him by store closing. She then passed along this problem to the next pharmacist who was in in the morning, Arsany. He was just as wonderful he kept trying the doctor throughout the day and called me to keep me up to date. Unfortunately it took me going back to the doctor in person to get the change, but both pharmacists went above and beyond what I would've asked of them and were very sympathetic to the situation I was in. I will definitely be using them again.”

“The Best pharmacy by far and I believe the difference is all about Paul Trottier. He is very knowledgeable; patient; kind and friendly and the service at Jean Coutu exceeds expectations. I have also dealt with other pharmacists at Jean Coutu and it was a pleasure and they always solved my issue. The staff are as well knowledgeable; efficient and patient and will answer any questions I have or have the pharmacist call me back. They are super busy but are always pleasant on the phone. I know because I call so often. You can rely on Jean Coutu.
I recommend them highly. I would never go anywhere else.”
