I would rate it zero if possible. Worst banking experience ever. They are so rude and they just want not to take ant responsibility. They are just to transfer responsibility to others. We trust them with our money and they are irresponsible. Kathy the most irresponsible banking staff I have ever seen.

Thanks for reading my review but I would like to tell everyone this bank location is fully unprofessional and they aren’t treating everyone equal. I would rather go to banks in Ottawa or other locations for banking service.

Was on hold 35 minute3s only to speak to a national call center. I need to find out WHY my $3,000.00 interact wire transfer will NOT go through. Is there ANYWAY to speak to someone at my local Branch ????
