“A great shoe store with very friendly staff. It's connected to the foot clinic next door, where I get orthotics, so they know just how to help with getting special types of shoes. They have a great selection of posted shoes, and shoes with roll-bars as well. You can also find comfortable sandals with their selection of Birkenstocks. Highly recommend this shoe store!”

“Lots of people say there are awesome shoes and service here. We were so impressed when we stepped into the store. However,we didn’t get a proper service when we wanted to make a return: purchased a pair of heeled boots ($169.50) the day before and returned the next day to exchange for a pair of flats ($158.20). One would think they would refund the first transaction and charge for the second pair, but no, they told us they’ll refund us $11.30 (the difference between the two pairs). Then, they screwed up by charging, then cancelling $11.30, followed by refunding $11.30 to the credit card at the end. Didn’t receive any paperwork to say we returned/exchanged the first pair.Reply to the store: thanks for the explanation. :) I’m grateful I found really great shoes at your store. ??”
