“Edited on 7/16/21-In the past 4 months, Advia seems to have performed a 180 in customer service. Even when they have not been able to directly assist, they have pointed me in the right direction to fix my issues. I have had three absolutely wonderful interactions with the people here and I am happy to have stayed with them through my previous issues.Previous review-Can't in good conscience recommend this bank. Deductions and additions are clearly processed at radically different times than actually processed, strangely enough every time I get overdraft fees. I'm told it's due to the other companies bank, but this week I actually called my friend who ownes her own shop- so I caught them in one lie. I doubt it's the only one they told, but it's the only one I can verify and as such I cannot really trust them again.”

“I sent my nephew over to open up his first checking account and they treated him horribly. He is from out of state and they accused him of having a false Id which he did not. We left there and went to a credit Union, And they opened up an account for him with no problem.”

“This place approved of my very first loan. Allowed me to finance a new vehicle without a co-signer or any credit history. I provided a long work history for them that had 6-7 year loyalty and they took my word. (With check stub proof) Recently I had small issues with a payment history (resulting me in having to make a dispute with Equifax) and Flagship worked with me 100% and provided perfect service. Appreciate you all! Very good people!”

“Great Regional Bank. ... Ditto on the other review by T.J. ... Great folks here with a hometown feel. The tellers and mangers all know your name: it's like the bank version of "Cheers." Main office is based in Croswell - many of the customers are farmers - and they go out of their way to give good service. With the massive bank consolidation and closing a during the credit crisis, nice to know these folks.”

“The negative reviews left here from a handful of absurdly self entitled people are laughable. ?One complains about a needing a minimum balance of 5 dollars in a savings account - like it's unheard of. (Wow...??‍♀️)Another complains about not getting through in a timely fashion lmao.I have lived in Marysville for 9 almost 10 years now and the amount of rude (sometimes bigoted) self entitled people will make you cringe in this town, but these 1 star reviews - for the reasons why - is a fine example of how ridiculous some people can be, goodness, get a life ?.Now as far as MY experience with this branch and Advia in general? It's been excellent, and their is no other word to describe it. I have never once been or felt burned.Example: once I made a mistake and made a credit card payment on the 1st of the month, their system still counts it for the previous month. (I didn't know this, so it was MY mistake)After explaining that payment was for the current month, they straightened it out for me, even with me being upset about it and being a little animated to be fair. (Pro tip: make credit card payments on or after the 3rd at the earliest)They're always cool, and recognize me when I walk in, and they're always pleasant to me.I've never missed a payment on anything ever with them and have built a lot of trust with this credit union, and I can actually feel that whenever I deal with them. They RARELY call me to offer something aswell, maybe once or twice a year. (The comment complaining about being called and offered things like its constant pestering is an obscene exaggeration)They also raise my credit limit without me even asking for it - BECAUSE they trust me, and I have a very spotless track record with them.This credit union and this branch is a 5 out of 5, in my opinion. It's also extremely easy to get loans through a credit union in general versus a basic bank.They were also the only place to give me my very 1st credit line many years ago, and I never broke away from them.It's a max rating from me, Advia ?.The typical Marysville locals need to chill out. You're doing great ?.You can't please everyone, though ??‍♀️.”

“Have been banking here for almost a year now. I love the fact that they pretty much return your out of network atm fees at the beginning of every month. But I love their customer service so far!! Everyone has been so friendly and helpful of every situation I’ve been through with them!! And that goes for staff inside the branch AND the 24 customer service & support hotline!!”

“Bank of Montreal saved me almost $700 because of their security measures and extremely helpful staff.I visited this branch after trying to make a purchase and calling BMO phone banking when my transaction wouldn't go through. I found out my card had been compromised and I needed to go into the branch.I'm not gonna lie, I was mildly annoyed and procrastinated a bit. I'm the demographic Smartphones were invented for. I do everything online.When I finally got around to going, Evelyn (I hope I remembered your name right) was extremely patient and helpful in explaining what I should do next. She then proceded to go through my last 60 (I think it was 60) days of transactions to see which ones I didn't recognize. Then she sent it of to be investigated by the fraud department, got me my new card and asked me if I knew about the mobile alerts that I can turn on to verify my online transactions.I couple of weeks later I got a call, not from the fraud department but from Evelyn (see disclaimer above) personally to let me know all the transactions I didn't recognize were fradulent and I would have the entire sum returned to me. Which happened later that same day.Top to bottom a thoroughly positive experience even though someone tried to steal a bunch of money from me.”

This branch went way above + beyond anything that I would ever expect, when it came to dealing with my aged father, mentally ill brother, distanced sister, + nervous self.
