“Absolutely love this little shop. The owner he's so nice, the clothing is incredible. The cutest jeans. Hate the mall but will pop in just for the cute clothes. He picks some really unique pieces that you won't find anywhere else. Normally order my pieces online from the states. Now, added his shop to the small places that I love. “This marks has alot of stock! I wanted to get turtlenecks that were on sale and I managed to find them even though they were sold out online and at the store closer to me. So I was glad to find what I wanted. They also had a really good deal on the Columbia 3 pack boxers. I find the quality is marks clothes to be really good. Very soft, warm and durable. The socks and hand/feet warmers are a good idea for stocking stuffers.”

“Best customer service I’ve received- didn’t catch the staff’s name but she was warm and chatty without being overbearing. Made me feel super comfortable perusing and asking questions :) I’m apprehensive of their leggings as I find they can get stretched out/saggy but their scarves, mitts, hats and blankets are super soft and warm, no issues with them. Prices do seem to fluctuate but they’re just using demand to their advantage- if you don’t want to pay it then come back a different day and test your luck ¯\_(ツ)_/¯”

“I was in shopping at Reitmans for the first time in years the other day. I was very pleasantly surprised by the clothes in stock. So many cute things! Not everything was to my taste because obviously they have to appeal to everybody but I saw so many very nice things. I bought several. A couple if items were not in my size and the employee (I think she was alone) was amazing! She offered to order and have them delivered to my home. I was thrilled because I need these clothes for an upcoming trip that is very important to me. She was so nice and personable and you could tell she was very proud of Rietman‘s and explaining how she has this top and she has that top and how nice this looks and how nice that looks on and she was right! I never got her name but I remember her telling me she was from Newfoundland. This woman can handle a lineup and keep everybody happy. She had a way to make everyone know she saw them and would be with them shortly. Maybe she’s the only staff member you need because she seems to be flawless. Way to go Reitmans Oshawa! ????”
“Such a great customer service experience at the Oshawa Centre Bluenotes location. A few items from my online order didn’t fit right unfortunately and I had to return them. Due to my work hours, I arrived near closing hours and even with it being at the end of the teams shift they all were eager to assist when needed and very friendly. A special thank you to Andrea who went above and beyond when the system ran into issues with processing the return. She troubleshooted very quickly to ensure I got my money back and solved everything in a timely manner. I will definitely be back at that location and feel confident to shop online again knowing the type of customer service they provide in the odd times the online order doesn’t work out. Great experience, great store, will shop again!”
