“I have bee shopping her for a while and the manager Lynn is absolutely fantastic. Lynn really has an eye for style.She is gracious and very down to earth, she never brings her personal life to work.If something is wrong and you bring it to Lynn she will take care of it ASAP.The only issue I have with this store , they need to expand it because there is way to much stuff and to many customers and just not enough space.Lynn keep up the great work.”

“Amazing store. Nice quality.Decent prices. Beautiful inventory. Iam super grateful for the sales associate who helped me. His name is Keon (hopefully I spelled that right). He made clothing suggestions suitable for my body type that I would never have tried on on my own. He has a great eye. I'd trust him to pick out clothing for me anytime. He was patient, non judgmental and understanding and listened to my needs. “This marks has alot of stock! I wanted to get turtlenecks that were on sale and I managed to find them even though they were sold out online and at the store closer to me. So I was glad to find what I wanted. They also had a really good deal on the Columbia 3 pack boxers. I find the quality is marks clothes to be really good. Very soft, warm and durable. The socks and hand/feet warmers are a good idea for stocking stuffers.”

“Best customer service I’ve received- didn’t catch the staff’s name but she was warm and chatty without being overbearing. Made me feel super comfortable perusing and asking questions :) I’m apprehensive of their leggings as I find they can get stretched out/saggy but their scarves, mitts, hats and blankets are super soft and warm, no issues with them. Prices do seem to fluctuate but they’re just using demand to their advantage- if you don’t want to pay it then come back a different day and test your luck ¯\_(ツ)_/¯”

“Such a great customer service experience at the Oshawa Centre Bluenotes location. A few items from my online order didn’t fit right unfortunately and I had to return them. Due to my work hours, I arrived near closing hours and even with it being at the end of the teams shift they all were eager to assist when needed and very friendly. A special thank you to Andrea who went above and beyond when the system ran into issues with processing the return. She troubleshooted very quickly to ensure I got my money back and solved everything in a timely manner. I will definitely be back at that location and feel confident to shop online again knowing the type of customer service they provide in the odd times the online order doesn’t work out. Great experience, great store, will shop again!”
