“Mark's is a great place to shop with a huge selection of all kinds of items. They have fantastic deals, including 25% off, and the staff made sure to let us know about all the sales as soon as we walked through the door.
The service here is excellent. A big thank you to Kat in the men's shoe department, who went above and beyond to help Ty with his steel toe shoes and make sure everything fit perfectly. Kelly at the cash register was also incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient when cashing us out. Both of these ladies provided wonderful service and made it a great shopping experience.”

“I went with my elderly mother yesterday to shop at Northern Reflections in the Oshawa Centre and the manager (Irene) provided excellent customer service to us. She was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Irene’s passion to help others was truly appreciated.
