“CSN Collision was very helpful in keeping us up to date on our vehicle status. They communicated with my wife and I to let us know that our vehicle should be emptied ahead of the insurance agency. This was particularly relevant in our situation because we wanted to be on top our vehicle repair status and whether or not it would be repairable or written off.
By keeping us informed we were able to remove all articles of importance to our family. Without this headup the insurance agent would have had our vehicle towed when it was written off without prior notification.”
“Service from the start was great. Looked at my vehicle and came up with quick estimate to the exterior of my vehicle. Once the vehicle was in for repair a closer look under the hood revised the estimate. Vehicle was repaired and ready to go as promised. Work looks great, car drive well and they even cleaned the car interior.

If you are considering this dealership, please Read this. It is from my recent and ongoing experience with Kia.
This would be the worst dealership to approach. They had very good sales technique and sold cars to me and my friends almost at the same time. I had the worst experience with them as soon as they were done selling the car. There were many repairs that needed to be done before we had the Car in hand. They kept rejecting and saying it wasn’t their fault and did not take blame for anything. When my car was written off, they did not help me one bit and I had to wait for a year to get my paperwork and processing done properly. This included multiple unanswered calls from Kia and unanswered emails. I kept contacting them and finally, I had to fly in from, different places to meet them in person and get something moving in process . Do this they apologized for the wrong paperwork from their side, wrong documentation and promised that this wouldn’t be the case in future. This only avoided the situation for that time and still continue the same way in the future. I had a worst experience with Kia Orleans and the sales managers and finance managers. I am currently trying to get legal help to get my stuff done and see what can be done for all the delay . Still sending them multiple emails to with I should wait months to get a proper response .
It was not the case when I first brought the car . They were constantly active and seemed so good to help. I hope someone warned me this back in the day .
Kia is a great car and I loved mine but with a dealerships like this, I literally am traumatized hearing about Kia from any side.”
“These guys go out of their way to help their customers! Had issues with my pressure washer and they spent hours troubleshooting and contacting the right people to solve the problem. On a separate occasion, I needed a specific product ASAP. Once again, they went out of their way to make sure I received the product in time. Awesome service!”
