“I’ve been coming to European Auto Body Shop for both of my cars for everything from regular oil changes to purchasing and changing my winter tires, and I’ve always been very happy with their service.
The owner is always so friendly, kind, and helpful. When I recently had my tires changed, they noticed that there was a nail stuck in one of my tires and took care of it for me. I really appreciate how they pay attention to the little things and genuinely look out for their customers.

“Major repairs to front end of vehicle after we had an accident and hit a deer when we were down east. We were able to drive back after repair place in Nova Scotia secured things with zip-ties and Gorilla tape. We chose Frank & Guy Assured because we had repairs done there before and were very satisfied. Great job this time too, vehicle looks perfect. Loved the fact that we received updates regularly to let us know how things were progressing. Damage was more extensive than shown in the 'before' pictures. If you need repairs done, we would highly recommend this bodyshop.”

I’d also like to give special thanks to two staff members (I'm sorry I don't remember their names) — a tall, long-haired gentleman and a female colleague — who went above and beyond by helping clear snow and ice off my car outdoors in heavy snowfall. “They had my Bronco in there for some front end repairs and these folks are awesome!! They kept me updated every few days, took care of all the reprogramming, explained in detail what was going to be done and had it finished earlier than expected the Bronco came back running perfectly, paint was an exact match, they washed it and the interior was even cleaned.

“I needed a rebuilt altenator for my Aveo 5. After searching different places, around town an online. was able to get one at an amazing price. Sadly, I had a problem with the rebuilt. The owner did everything to rebuild the one I purchased, but it was no good. So the owner gave me a brand new altenator in the box for the same price as the rebuilt one leaving him out of pocket to himself, and he told me there was no extra cost to me. Customer service was well above any I had at other places. Friendly... polite ...a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to satisfy me as a customer, and he did by far. I will be buying any future auto parts from J & M Desas Expert for all my automotive needs in the future aswell as refer them to my friends and family...
