“I have really enjoyed dealing with I.D.A. In my opinion they have always been helpful and extremely professional. If the question I ask is out of the legal scope of the staff I am dealing with, I understand that legally by the College of Pharmacists they are not able to suggest a medication ie. Tylenol, they have a pharmacist come and speak to me. Working in these environments you learn what is often prescribed for various diseases but you do not have a license to suggest the medication. I read a number of the reviews and seriously think that some people need to get a life and if you want to be critical, look at yourself first and give your head a good shake!!”
