I bought a toilet safety rail but unfortunately it did not work on our old toilet seat. The two women who assisted me were very sympathetic and understanding. I was able to return it with no issue which I sincerely appreciate!

A year ago it was terrible. But for the last six months it has been great!!!! Friendly, helpful, on time! Couldn’t be better. I use it twice a week.
