“Went here with my parents to get some winter boots for my mom. The sales lady (I don’t know her name) was incredibly helpful. My mom has mobility limitations and she was beyond amazing with suggesting the best boots for her specific needs. We ended up getting 2 pairs of boots for my mom, a bunch of adorable clothes for me, and a really nice shirt for my dad. The Boxing Day sales were also amazing! We will definitely be back.”

“I went to the Newmarket store with my son. This was our first time at a George Richards Big and Tall. Even though he found items he liked. We were really disappointed in how expensive it was and how many logo and meme style clothes there were. What happened to plain clothes for kids that dont want pictures or saying writing all over them, or stripes?”

“I don’t often wrote reviews, however the service I revived today from Bobbi and Gabby cannot go unnoticed. I had a pair of soft moc Moccasins that had come unraveled and had received them for Christmas and I had contacted the Tanger store to exchange and the help wasn’t there I even called the customer service number which was even worse. I was met with, you can only bring them back when a manager is at the store, and if you do they can’t look at them right away so they will contact you when ready. Well on a fluke I called the Newmarket store as I was in the area and Gabby answered sure come on in we will fix it for you, and we’ll
Bobbi did just that. They were pleasant and friendly and I was in and out in 15mins! Considering I spent more time dealing with the Tanger store and the customer service line. Need help, go there they will make it right! Great customer service ?”
“A big thank you to the lady that was working the evening of October 14th. I walked in 20 minutes before closing and she was extremely patient and helpful. She took the time to review and explain my options, reviewed what was available in store and colour options online. No sales pressure to buy now, helped me try different options, sizes and ultimately to choose the right shoe for my needs. I was pleasantly surprised by my shopping experience & I did ultimately order the colour I wanted online but will be coming back when I need my next pair!”
