“I’m not sure how to articulate this pharmacy, but it has always been an oasis of calm going in - whether it was to get seasonal flu or Covid vaccines, or just grab a snack. The people there are very knowledgeable and friendly, and I feel relaxed and happier having gone there. It’s also very easy calling in to book appointments for me and my family. If you want a break from a larger, busier drug store, this is the spot.”

“I decided to change pharmacies as I was changing doctors and my old pharmacy would not give a few pills that I needed since I could not see my regular doctor the day I was booked due to a combination of physical and psychological issues, and that my long time soon to be former doctor was rarely filling the prescriptions slightly before I would need the refills even with plenty of notice, the information on his and the former pharmacys file, and with requests by phone and email to the doctor. Pharmasave Pape Cosburn was extremely helpful in getting through my distress without my needed psychological meds, as I had barely slept the previous two or three nights, by providing an emergency supply of those meds until I was able to see a doctor for an emergency refill. They also have really good prices on over the counter pharmaceutical meds and basic hygiene care, especially compared to the big chain pharmacies. Somewhat limited hours and delivery only on Tuesdays and Saturdays, but if you can handle 10-6, sometimes 7 pm weekdays and 10-2 Saturdays, closed Sundays and you are a reasonable distance away by transit, give this pharmacy a try--for its prices, it gives the SDM nearby a run for its money on over the counter stuff and basic care.”
“DrugSmart Pharmacy deserves 5 stars for the knowledgeable service from the pharmacists and staff. Prescriptions are processed in a timely manner, and staff routinely deliver to the doors of patients in the densely populated Taylor Massey neighbourhood high rises. The pharmacists and assistants know patients by name, which builds a strong sense of community. This pharmacy also contains an on-site doctor's clinic, as well as an OLG lottery machine and convenience store snacks.
Note that the location may be difficult to find - it's located on the pedestrian walkway level.
1. If visiting the pharmacy from Victoria Park subway station, follow the sign towards the Crescent Town Bridge walkway and walk diagonally towards the high-rise towers.
2. If visiting the pharmacy from Crescent Town Road, it's necessary to turn onto Massey Square and walk up the ramp near the 5 Massey Square service entrance.”

“The fact that the store is open 24 hours and has a pretty big parking lot are the most attractive features. Another bonus is the self-use BMI and blood pressure check-up chair.
The staff here are helpful. The store is kept very clean and the merchandise is well-organized. It explains why there is always a steady flow of customers. Even late through the night the staff work hard.”
