And the lead pharmacist is very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about his customers, their health and their medications; he has frequently asked me how the medications I am on are going and if I've had any issues. “Everyone goes out of their way to be nice. Dr Mathews is the best in the City of Toronto. Only suggestion is instead of playing CP24 on the wall television they should play MOVIES or something or CARTOONS. The CP 24 channel is depressing and plays the same stories over and over again. Please change the channel.”

“We cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy. The level of personalized care we receive here is truly exceptional.
We have a medically complex child with significant medication needs, and Job and his team consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. He takes care of all our prescriptions with incredible attention to detail and is always willing to offer thoughtful advice when needed.
What stands out most is how proactive he is. If he’s closing for a holiday or long weekend, he will personally call to make sure we have everything we need. This is especially important since our son relies on life-sustaining medication. That kind of care and responsibility is rare.
