The Army Store is one of the few remaining military surplus stores in the GTA, now under new management. It is a large store with a great selection of military items, clothing, and tactical gear, including military surplus clothing, uniforms, work wears, airsoft and paintball stuff, BB pellets, blank guns, knives, and camping supplies. They carry all kind of military gear, hunting gear, personal safety gears, security gears, pepper spray, bear spray, boots, shoes, and bags. There is a good selection of camouflage field jackets and pants from US, UK, and Canadian Forces surplus, as well as a whole section devoted to heavy duty work clothes. They have new and used items, from antiques to surplus to modern gear. The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and nice. Prices can be pricey but you can also find good prices and amazingly priced used items. The store is not super organized, so it can be hard to find things, but there is always something new and it's a fun place to look around. It is a pretty good place for winter or work gear, and a good place to check before paying more at a chain store. Overall, it is a good place to check out even if you are just looking.
