“I usually visit the elmira lication when i need serious questions answered. The elora location is closer to home in arthur. After leaving elora, i typically do not leave very happy. This last visit, i was served quickly, when a staff member noticed a line up forming. Great! BMO staff here understand the importance of serving the client. Perhaps because many mennonite clients use cash often and need a person, not a machine? I am very grateful for the human experience. The self check out in stores and bank machines are NOT good methods to serve valued clients. Thank you BMO. I finally recieved a great experience. My first in a long time time, three years? Thank you for having a real person serving. bMO if youvlistening? I may consider dumping my online accounts. I have been banking online since the beginning and its easy tobsay, your online service deseves half the stars. MBanx was a great program in the beginning. And now fails miserably or falls behind the other banks. (I use to be paid to give feedback, now my feedback is thrown out the window) Four stars given for attention, the elmira location deserves five stars.”
