“I feel conflicted with anyone that leaves a KW TD bank branch a positive or a negative review. I think these folks try their best. If I had to take my sister for a quick Pad Thai and stop in to deposit a few cash deposits, this is the place I’d do it. I suppose I have the Wintertons to thank for that. Five stars!”

“Went to this Branch Started my student cash credit card application On Oct 23 and Nov 1. My advisor Jigar is very helpful. Answered all questions that I have. But only problem is (on my side) the application didn’t approved. But he tried. Went for another appointment today. And for the product that they introduced me. Secured credit card with Secured deposit or funds. I must say the service from today is very exceptional. My advisor Albana She is so nice and very energetic. With a wonderful smile. During the appointment. She even asked if I want a drink or not. What a nice sweetheart lady. All in all, everyone who helped me with the credit card application are all good. But Albana is exceptional.Keep up the good work Albana. You did great.”

“This location of the bank of Nova Scotia is located conveniently downtown Kitchener on King Street. It is easily accessible, and not far from bus and train station and parking is free for two hours if you are lucky enough to find a spot. The branch is spacious, clean and organized. The only thing that I did not like was their ABM's that do not have the option to select choices of bills prior to withdrawal of cash. They only pay clients in tewnties, and this might be okay sometimes; however, the option for larger bills would be great if supported in the future.”

“Love the Kitchener Branch at Ardelt and all of the staff there. Yes, there were a couple of hiccups with the WFCU merge, but they seem to have been taken care of now. One big plus of this change was the very competitive rates that they were able to offer. I won't bank anywhere else, it's always a pleasure to work with these people.”

“This location is inconveniently hard to find. BDC's new office in Catalyst is right by the main entrance. You can enter through the doors by the brown walls and slanted steel beams and take a right where you'll see their sign. The building is beautiful but still so much work to be done (more signage, finish gym, cafe, restaurant, bike racks, etc.).”
