“I purchased a solar lantern a few years ago. The light quit working, replaced the rechargeable battery, with no luck. I called the store recently, and the gentleman tried to help me problem solve. I found a replacement waterproof outdoor solar disc on Amazon. I am so happy. I just love the lantern so much. Thank you for your help with the lantern. We will stop by when we are in the area again to visit your lovely store. Another happy customer.”

“Got a mirror framed here. They did a fantastic job! They covered the back with a nice dark fabric, the corners of the frame pattern match perfectly, and it feels sturdy. They even helped me pick out some paint to touch up the frame to suit my decor! ?♀️ It looks like the frame and the mirror were made for each other.Super satisfied with customer service. Communication was fast and crystal clear.Time between drop off and pick up wasn’t long either, and they even gave me a bit of an unexpected discount in the end. “The “Mermaid in Elora” is our favourite shopping spot downtown. It has an eclectic atmosphere with its varied selection of unique items. It is located in an old house built in 1869 so there’s lots of rooms to explore. You can spend quite a bit of time in there shopping. Definitely a place worth visiting.”

“There are lots of gift choices in this well organized little downtown Elora shop. They have purses, socks, bath bombs and numerous scents. The shop is permeated with the many wonderful smells so I couldn't resist taking some with me!”

We were searching for a sofa and were given good service by Fritz who made good suggestions to fit our needs. The staff allowed us to wander and take our time without interrupting us, which we appreciated. We were able to take sample swatches home to help our decision process.”
