“I've used YouPackWeStore twice now for moving between student housing in Waterloo and highly recommend it. I honestly always dreaded moving before I found them, my previous building had multiple sets of stairs and no elevator yet they picked up and delivered my boxes right inside my room; I didn't have to lift anything and was genuinely amazed at how convenient the experience was, it took away all my hate for moving. They also deliver the supplies and pickup boxes right in the time window & were flexible the time I asked them to move my slot which was super helpful. Highly recommend them for a smooth moving experience without any lifting heavy boxes/commute.”

“We are very happy with the service we have received. When we ordered the box in a panic as our renovations were starting and had been told we didn’t need to move our furniture the lady we dealt with made it possible that we got the box the next day. It was amazing. Today, I talked with Akash and he was very polite and helpful. As it’s Saturday, he explained that there is no-one to pick up on the weekends but would do his best to have it picked up on Monday which is wonderful. A great company to work with.”
“They have been putting up with me so I appreciate that.. money is tight atm and I haven't lost my locker since I always have let them no ill be there and I'll pay for late fees..I explain about the financial situation iam in atm and I'll just pay the late fee's and they sometimes take some late fees off. ???
Edit... after I was diagnosed with COPD I was missing work so when I asked if I was able to make payments every 2 weeks and they said no without skipping a beat we don't run like that and I believe that I was gunna lose my stuff to a auction. I asked for the name,number or website so I could try to buy my locker back.. No joke nobody could find any information. I was able to figure out the auction site BID13 I haven't seen my locker for auction yet”

Harry helped me find the right size room and found me space close to the loading dock so it would be easier to get everything out again. Ali was also great helping get everything set up and answering questions I had. Definitely recommend! Plus it's always nice to support a local business in the community!”

“I moved from Access Storage to this storage area. The main reason was price. Access Storage cost $234 a month this Storage facility $96 taxes in. The Storage unit has a concrete floor and same door as the other and I now have 24 hour access. So if your looking for a place to store your belongings I would strongly suggest you contact Additional self storage you items will be safe and you will save yourself $150 a month. My unit is 10*5.”
