“I had a shoulder surgery and had a hard time finding an ice machine close to me that would deliver. Young’s pharmacy was made aware of my situation by my case worker and even though I live in Milton, made an exception and delivered the ice machine to my house, and it was a Christmas Eve’s day. To say I was totally impressed by that and hugely relieved is an understatement. I am so grateful to Young’s pharmacy for coming through for me, they literally made my Christmas.
And not quite able to know how to use it, my husband and I got stuck on the instructions, we made our way to Young’s Pharmacy in Georgetown where a very helpful and pleasant young lady named Julia, who was working in Home Care section, was able to use her skill and show us how to properly use the attached shoulder pad.
Again this Pharmacy and their staff went above and beyond in helping me.

“I’ve been coming here consistently for a couple years now and the service is always great in all departments. Today in particular I was impressed enough to want to leave a review. Not long ago, I came in to buy a specific cologne that is back ordered in most stores. Adriana was so kind and took down my name and number and told me she’d call upon getting it in. Robin called me a few days later to follow up and let me know it was coming shortly. She then called again today to let me know it was in and that she had one waiting for me! That alone is incredible service, but additionally, the pharmacist also called me because I brought in a script for a new prescription. She asked me very thoughtful questions to make sure this medication would be a good fit for me and was very kind when I told her I had a recent miscarriage - she actually sounded more genuinely sad for me than some of the people I know personally. The fact that they even made a note on my file when I casually mentioned I was pregnant in a past visit to the pharmacist amazes me. Every time I’m in that store somebody greets me, asks if I need help, and thanks me upon leaving. Great service.”
“I visited the pharmacy with a friend for a minor ailment, and the pharmacist Karn immediately acknowledged us and provided a clear and accurate wait time despite not having an appointment. When he was available, he took the time to assess our concerns thoroughly. He was professional, approachable, and made us feel completely at ease. He answered all of our questions and helped resolve the issue when a doctor was unavailable. He even followed up with us 3 days later. “Yesterday, after trying to book an appointment with my doctor and being told I’d have to wait until next week, I figured I’d try going in to Rexall and speak with the pharmacist. Shireen was extremely helpful, smart, and nice. She suggested a couple different medications off the shelf and explained what might be going on with me based on my symptoms. I feel much better today than I did yesterday and am happy I decided to go in. Thanks for the help!”
