“There had been a misunderstanding that happened with a new staff member, And I was unhappy with the response that I originally received from the staff member. Pet Value customer care immediately contacted myself and addressed the situation and resolved the matter within a day. After I had gone back to the store I spoke with a Pet Value sales staff member, and they were very helpful, polite and we agreed that there was a misunderstanding that had occurred. My experience with them and myself promptly rectifying the issue was impressive and I am satisfied that the issue has been resolved.
