“After living at City View Apartments for over 5 years, I can say—without exaggeration—that this place has set the bar incredibly high. So high, in fact, I now judge every other apartment by “Would City View have done it better?” (Spoiler: usually yes.)
The apartments are modern, clean, and solidly built. You can tell they weren’t just thrown together—they’re thoughtfully designed and very well-maintained. Maintenance is handled by a third-party team, but the on-site staff keeps everything organized like a Swiss watch. Notices for repairs or updates are delivered well in advance, and everything runs like clockwork. No last-minute surprises here (unless you count forgetting your fob—my bad).
One of the unsung heroes of the building? The in-building car wash- Combine that with the secure underground parking, and winter survival became a lot more easier.
The views are next-level—you get the lake on one side and the city skyline on the other. Not a bad way to enjoy your morning coffee (or spy on seagulls living their best lives). And the private park access? Incredible. Whether you’re out for a peaceful walk or having a nature moment with swans, geese, and the occasional confused duck, it was one of my favorite parts of living here.
The staff have been consistently fantastic. From the start, everyone was courteous, polite, and actually helpful (a rare combo in the rental world). Any issues I had—though few and far between—were solved quickly and without drama.
A huge shoutout to Candy who helped make the building feel like home. Candy, thank you for always being kind and welcoming. The building always felt well cared for and well-run.
After so many years of peaceful, hassle-free living, it was hard to say goodbye. But I’ll always be grateful for my time here, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend City View to anyone looking for a place that’s clean, secure, well-managed, and just a little bit special.
