We purchased a Wahoo Kickr (not sold at their store), but they were very helpful and attached my bicycle to it for us since we didn't know how to do it. We also took it back in a few weeks post- purchase for a few tweak and they adjusted/fixed everything. Would definitely recommend them for any of your bicycle needs.”

“I helped purchased an e-bike (Cannondale Adventure Neo Allroad) for two friends' 13 year old son today. We bought it from Chris at Oxygen Bike Co. I, and the young man (and his family) could not be more happy with the whole experience of looking at, purchasing, and picking up the bike (which was ready for us well within 24 hours of the purchase, despite being build up from a box and needing its battery charged). Chris, made everything easy. First he went over ever detail of the bike so, when we decided to buy it, we knew exactly what we were getting and why. Chris patiently answered all our questions, educating us about the bike and other brands, as well as informing us about e-bikes in general, for e.g., the legalities of riding an e-bike, staying safe on the road, and how to maintain it in top (safe) condition (like bringing the bike into the store for free tune-ups, twice a year). Chris also helped the young man pick out a good helmet and showed him how to wear it. When we picked up the bike, he carefully explained the bike's controls, its battery and electronics. Chris also fit the seat height for him before he left the store. When we got home, the young man, told me he spent more energy smiling than pedalling. Leo, the young man, was utterly thrilled with his purchase, a purchase he had saved and paid for with his own money. Can't recommend Chris and Oxygen Bike Co. enough. By the by, this is the second bike the family has purchased from the store. Being a passionate bicyclist, I also helped with the first purchase.”
