The connections were good but the SIM card validity is not kept for 90 days and we were told at the desk that after 45 days in expiry of talk time our number was inactive and we need to get a new number sim . This should not be the case .

When asking certain questions she’s was very patient, didn’t show any ill expressions or rude gestures! Anyone going to this store I would recommend speaking with Pratima for a respectful service!
