“This was our 3rd time buying from CasaLife 2016, 2024 & 2026). Although delivery of this last purchase took excessively long (3 times in 3 months delayed by the Quebec manufacturer), Bryan Ide, Mgr., communicated well with us and offered to refund our 50% downpayment in case we’d want to cancel.
At the end he waived the delivery charge as a welcome goodwill gesture.”
“I visited quite a stores before finding Star and I'm very happy that I did. Razvan and Sevan were an absolute pleasure to work with. Patient, kind, and extremely thorough. Very knowledgeable about the products they are selling, the demo sessions were great, and not once did they try to upsell me on products I don't need. In fact, I would say it was the opposite. They listened to what I wanted and found the right products and as a result I came in under budget. They were very communicative throughout the entire process and thought of a lot of things that I didn't. Not only were they able to secure electronics but they also assisted with furniture and ensuring that aesthetically everything fit together. They have a wealth of experience they brought to the project and with that experience and their communication and attention to detail, I didn't have to worry or second guess anything at all.
Installation was equally as pleasant and my wife is very happy that they were clean and respectful of the home. Everything looks and sounds as if it was always there and should be.
The entire experience was fun from start to finish and it sucks that I won't be able to do it again because it was that much fun. It is nice knowing that for anything that plugs into an electrical outlet, I have a local business and a trusted ear to speak with about it.”

“I had a great experience with Naked Furniture. They custom made my bed with four big drawers, as well as my coffee table and dining table exactly the way I wanted them. They also color-matched the coffee table and dining table to my TV stand, which I had ordered from somewhere else, and the match was perfect.
The entire process was very smooth from start to finish. Delivery and installation were handled professionally, and everything arrived exactly as discussed. “Good morning I dealt with aarons before when they were on eglinton ave west but they closed that one, I wanted to get a new dryer not knowing about the etobicoke store but I decided to call them. The first lady I spoke to helped me along the way she was so nice to me about a week after I called back I spoke to a young man he was just as nice and patient with me then I spoke to another lady who was awesome with me. She went above and beyond to help me she spoke so nice that I felt calm she guided me along the way, never much me to have an account with them in the end I took the dryer from then. I got it in two days time the two men who delivered it , they came in they were also nice to me and my husband they have a lot of respect ? for us ,please let your staff know how awesome and more awesome they are ,I dealt with five staff members in all no complaints will deal with them again, if I can give more stars I will ,I know my review is long but it is worth it. Please keep up the good work your staff is doing and thank God i am able to get my appliance from aarons etobicoke ,I will be dealing with them again and again thank God for you'll God bless ? ?.”
“Been to several IKEA's and this one is one of the busiest I have been to.
The Cafe line is just as one would be for a cafeteria. Very fast- staff just moving you along- some friendly some not so friendly.
Its loke shuttling cattle.
The dining area is plenty with tables. Sitting by the window is my favorite place to sit with the sun shining in.
Staff is always busy busing away the dirty dishes. Sadly many times the tables are forgotten when busy and you better make sure you get plenty of napkins to sweep away any food left behind from the previous diners- this visit I was wiping away cheese looking something from the table and chair.
Overall, it is my sons favorite place to wat. Food is extremely affordable. Especially, if you have children. The children meals are very affordable and they are given plenty.
Just make note: you do not finish your meal. There is nothing to take it home in. So your eyes may be big but your stomach may not.”

The elderly man in the front was so incredibly helpful, and helped me make a custom headboard in the exact style and colour that I wanted (for a great price as well!). My headboard is so beautiful, and I have gotten so many compliments on it. Overall, great customer service and furniture. I will definitely be coming back.”
