Also they will search other stores to get items in the size the customer needs. Very small sizes up to plus sizes. Excellent quality clothing and made from ethical, beautiful fabrics. Prices are good when this clothing is on sale.”

This was my first time visit. This store has a variety of collections for women clothing. Casual,formal,party wears and tops. All looks so beautiful and good quality. The person was very friendly and polite. There are few trial rooms as well. Very well organized store. Definitely many visits ahead.”

“The is the Closest location to me. The quality in that store is 5⭐️ 's. They have very good quality boots and shoes. I like their selection a lot, though I have wide feet. So I'm not always able to find my size 10.5 hehe. I now buy my jeans there too, again quality!! My favourite part, they carry Non ripped jeans?( I work in home improvement). The staff are nice and helpful.”
“I had the task of looking for a suit for my son’s graduation. I had been everywhere, and we finally arrived at this store. Needless to say, I was tired, and it had been a long day. My frustration must of been evident, because I approached by a kind sales representative named Vanessa who offered to help. Vanessa was absolutely wonderful and did everything humanly possible to exceed the boundaries of customer service. She was patient and understanding, and provided a heartwarming experience that will always be remembered. Her kind demeanour and personality was a breath of fresh air, and she did everything she could to help my son on his special day. She ran from aisle to aisle to assist him, and tailor to his needs. It was an experience that will be remembered. In fact, I would say that Vanessa exceeded the level of customer service received in previous stores by 100%. When the size was not available she didn’t give up. She called other stores and was able to resolve the issue by ordering the suit online which arrived in perfect condition. I don’t know if upper management reads these reviews, but if you do, I would appreciate it if you take this opportunity to congratulate Vanessa for her extraordinary efforts in customer service, and her ability to remind us that people still care. Thank you, Vanessa you were marvellous!”

“*Edit I changed my 3 star to 5 as the service here since Christmas/January has changed for the better. I see consistent, friendly staff, always great to talk to at cash and 3 of them finally convinced me to download their app ( always reminded to then kept forgetting til one of them had me do it in front of them for my own sake! (Awesome!)) I should have long ago but was never offered or encouraged to in the past. I no longer feel like I'm intrusive. It's not like I ever request assistance, I keep to myself but I appreciate the approach. Love Ardene's but most of the time the cashiers stay behind the desk and yell out their 'private' stories so everyone can hear and laugh out loud so loud, just uncomfortable. The girl who seems to be the manager, oh my God she is rude, loud and very unfriendly. Soorrry for shopping in your store, what are you even doing there anyway? One of the cashiers was nice though, at least the basic acknowledgment and a smile.”
