“Looking for a place in my area that could do an alteration on my suit, I found myself at this store. Tucked away in a business district is this European style shop with great recognizable brands and very friendly service. My suit pants were ready in a few days and the alteration was very well done. I've been told you can get a custom suit made here for a very reasonable price and there are other formal and casual clothing items like jeans for men and women.”

“This is one of the few stores I know with EXCELLENT staff including the managers! All the staff working here are super friendly and always there to help. I frequently visit this location and never had bad experience. HOWEVER, I must say the store needs more staff. The amount of customers I see during all my visits and the number of staff is at their shifts are JUST NOT ENOUGH. Marks needs to work on this; it is not only leaving customers waiting in line for longgg time but also creating a very pressureful work environment for their staff. Marks is a reputable company, I do believe they should take care of their staff and customers. Regardless, I will be visiting this location as I find everyone helpful to me .”

Came here with a tight timeline and an unfortunate situation needing a dress for a funeral. I tried to call before hand to inquire about a specific dress but to no avail— who am I kidding though it’s Yorkdale Mall, employees don’t get a break to go to the restroom let alone pick up the phone.
Decided based on the online inventory to just make the trip. So happy I did.
An associate named Sher was helping quite a few people in the fitting rooms but as soon as she had a moment she approached me to assist. I was told they didn’t have the dress I wanted in store but went back to look, and was really accommodating, like above and beyond service. She found it in the dark brown colour mole, assisted with a few little detail issues, and steamed it. To top it off it sounded like she was getting over a bit of a cold which is so hard to show up to work with— but she was great.
When I came back to pick up the dress steamed a few moments later, the colour I originally wanted (black) was just returned— she extended the same kindness and service and I bought them both— will decided later.
The final though was, Sher was wonderful and would definitely shop here again.”

Wow! Shopping here is a shopping with family. All the staff is so helpful and so understanding. So easy to strike up a conversation with anyone in the shop whether it's the owner or an employee everyone treats you the same. I was shopping for clothes for my mom and really and truly I don't think I would have found the selection and received this kind of service anywhere else it was my first go to and I'm so glad because I found everything I needed without having to drive around the GTA looking for anything else. Kudos to all the staff add to the owners. Coming here Feels Like Home”

“If you’re looking for a prom dress don’t miss out! We spent weeks searching for a prom dress for my daughter and were fortunate to come across Kareena Couture. They have beautiful dresses and a wide variety with reasonable prices. It is ridiculous that most stores are asking for $500+. We found multiple beautiful dresses in the $200 to $250 range here which is reasonable. They were also extremely helpful. Service was great. Glad we finally found a dress! Thanks for your help!”

“I am incredibly happy with both my purchases and the outstanding service I received from The Scottish Company. I purchased wax cotton barn jackets for my husband and myself, and when they arrived, I was impressed with the quality.
The sleeves on mine were slightly short so I called the store and asked if they could take measurements for me and they did without hesitation. They took the time to measure the sleeves of the women's Large and the men's Medium to make sure I would order a jacket that would fit. I decided to order a men’s version for the longer arm length. I truly could not be happier with the fit and overall look. We both wear our jackets daily — they are absolutely perfect for Vancouver Island weather.
