This Hudson's Bay location is currently being converted to Zellers and displays both banners. It is a beautiful and well stocked department store filled with HBC merchandise. Clerks are very helpful and devoted. However, the store often lacks choice for medium and small sizes, stocking mostly XL or XXL. The payment process can take too long and is separate for certain brands. Occasional issues like an escalator not working are noted, but items can be found at good sale prices.
