“Update: went back to the Home Depot yesterday and team was very good and got the issue sorted right out. Turns out I went on the first day the machine went live. They had two gentlemen staffing it who were both very helpful and professional. Updating the review to 5 stars.
Okay so I go to this store alot, and normally everything is great, but today I left pretty annoyed. If I was the management I would want to know. I went to buy 3 new blinds which they normally cut right in the store with a manual cutter (I’ve done this 3 times). I had to wait about 20 minutes before someone could help, I asked what the issue was and apparently there is a new cutting machine and no one knew how to use it (3 people said they didn’t know how). Finally a woman came who was trained on this new magical cutting machine. After trying to get it to work for 15 more minutes, she told me that she didn’t know how to make it cut. I said no problem, can we just use the old manual cutter (it’s right beside it). She said no. I asked why not, and I was told that it caused to many errors and they were told that they were only allowed to use the new machine now…which wasn’t cutting. Well since no one knew how to use the machine, I asked for an exception to use the manual cutters…but no I had to come back to have them cut and pick them up. It felt like I was in the movie Office Space or an episode of Seinfeld. Perfectly fine machine that everyone knows how to use, right there…anyways, before you mandate a new machine - make sure people know how to use it.”
“They have a lot of comfortable and stylish shoes here. I’ve visited a few times before, and at first glance some of the styles may not look very fashionable, but if you take the time to browse, there are actually some really nice options. Definitely worth checking out.”

“Really great Winners location right on the PATH at King Street in downtown Toronto with a solid selection across clothing, home goods, beauty, and everyday essentials. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate, which makes shopping here feel quick and stress free even during busier weekday rush hours.
The biggest plus is the convenience of being directly connected to the PATH. It is perfect for popping in during a lunch break, between classes, or on the way home without having to step outside, especially during the winter months. It has that familiar Winners feel you would expect in a business district, similar to locations you might see in downtown Montreal or other major city centres. Nothing overly fancy or boutique style, but consistently reliable with good finds if you take the time to browse.
Despite being in a high traffic financial district area, the layout is straightforward and the store is usually well stocked. There is a nice mix of work appropriate clothing, casual pieces, accessories, and small home items that make it ideal for professionals working nearby who want something convenient and practical.
Staff are friendly and checkout is generally efficient, so you can grab what you need and be on your way. Definitely one of the most convenient downtown spots for a quick and productive shopping trip if you are already commuting through the PATH.”

“This is probably the most chill Winners I've been too. Selection is less than others, obviously because of the size but whenever I'm here I do find what I'm looking for. I live pretty close to another Winners and Marshall but its always too busy and people have no sense of direction in there. I always travel a few more minutes just to go to this one.”
“This location is fairly quiet compared to the location at the Eaton Centre. Selection is smaller and the overall store layout is very odd so it might feel awkward to navigate the store.”
