Loblaws The Kingsway is a mixed bag when it comes to customer satisfaction. While the store offers a great variety of authentic Asian products at competitive prices, which delights Asian food lovers, some customers have been disappointed with the quality and freshness of the produce and baked goods.
The carrot cake, in particular, was found to lack moistness and the expected shredded carrots, leading to a disappointing experience. Additionally, the store is often described as incredibly dirty, with scarce and spoiled produce, making it difficult to justify the high prices.
Customers have also faced challenges with the availability of shopping carts and long waits at the cash registers, with only a few self-checkout options. The store's decision to abandon the use of plastic bags has also been a point of contention for some.
Despite these issues, Loblaws The Kingsway is generally considered a good place for grocery shopping, with a great selection of Asian products. The store's efforts to cater to the diverse needs of its customers are appreciated, but there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, produce quality, and customer convenience.
I mean, it's a grocer. Looks nice, prices could be better

This was a great lab. Very tidy, clean, friendly. It's a shame that they did close down, and it seems like they're under construction at the moment. But if they do reopen, go and check it out.
