TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM provides excellent service with a solid group of people working there. The staff are very good, show great professionalism and skilfulness, and are a crucial part of the team. Service is great, though the branch can get busy during certain hours; returning at a less busy time is simple enough to do. The location is nice, not far from a major transportation hub, and it has a nice green space and parking. This branch has a brand new ATM right outside on the wall, so customers do not have to worry about branch hours. However, they definitely need to upgrade their deposit machines, as it can be very hard to deposit cash through them. After a certain time, the ATM only accepts cash deposits. For in-person assistance for borrowing, investing, or other financial advice, booking an appointment online is recommended. The bank has implemented physical distancing guidelines, which may result in longer wait times.

This branch has a brand new ATM right outside the branch so you don’t have to worry about the branch hours just hop out of your car and walk up to the ATM it’s right on the wall. After a certain time it only excepts cash so just take note of that. Someone should add updated pictures to show it.

Solid group of people working here. Can get busy certain hours but service is excellent and returning at a less busy time is simple enough to do.
