I especially want to recognize Caroline Ngo for her exceptional customer service. She is incredibly warm, knowledgeable, efficient, and quick to assist. As a real estate lawyer, I often deal with time-sensitive transactions where wires and other banking matters need to be completed promptly. Caroline has helped me with several wires and transactions and has always understood the urgency involved, ensuring everything is handled smoothly and on time.

“This location has really dedicated and kind employees. I visited here briefly on my lunch hour one day, it is not my home branch and I didn't intend on doing a lot of banking. There was a long line so I would say the wait was probably the worst part. However, I still highly recommend using this branch as the service was phenomenal.
