“Helpful staff! Was on my way, empty handed, to my nephew’s first birthday and stopped by last minute; staff was great at pointing me in the right direction for toys in his age range and even wrapped it nicely for me so I was all set! Great range of toys too! I think the holidays are taking their toll on everyone but staff did their best and I appreciate it :3 Reminds me of Scooter Girl in Roncy, very fun!”

“I love this store so much! It was very organized and clean, and it was clear that the owner knew actually what he was doing. He opened right at 11:00, answered all of my questions, and was very polite. The selection of Sonny angel and Smiski was immaculate, and once again, very organized. “The owner is incredibly friendly and showed us around the shop and some of the hidden gems throughout the store. Great place to stop for TCG cards & vintage magazines, graded or ungraded. There was some great graffiti in and on the building, and they offer premium brands for those creative brains to go to work. We got to see some fresh artwork in progress at the back of the store. They also have several collectibles and other items 👌 Definitely a shop worth supporting 😎”

The store is packed with unique toys, games, and activities that you don't find everywhere else. My son loved exploring every aisle, and I enjoyed seeing him so excited. We ended up leaving with more than we planned, but it was worth it. It's refreshing to find a toy store that still feels fun and full of discovery. We'll definitely be back.”

“based on the customer service alone I am very happy with my experience. I ordered something on December 23 and I did call before hand, so I knew that the office was closed during the holidays. However I was surprised to get an email to advise me that even with the office closed they could accommodate a pick up. I was so happy to be able to pick up earlier so I could give the the item to my nephew for Christmas. This small gesture especially during the holiday season really made a huge difference.”

They offer high quality items, and are always ahead of the seasonal shifts which means when I'm scrambling to find skates, rain coats or bathing suits they are a reliable place to turn to. They have come through for me on short notice when I needed to dress my two boys for a funeral, and again when we had to stock up on toys during a temporary move. Overall a great spot for busy parents!”

“This would have been in its hey-day 30+ years ago. But in todays climate of online gaming and instant click gratification retail shopping is a dying breed. But like I said, this store would have been in its hey-day 30 years ago. Today its a dingy looking and shop who happens to operate as a FedEx pick-up and Drop-Off location. At least they are a smidge better for courier pickups and drop-off than the previous location for FedEx 3rd party affiliate agents. The previous FedEx pickup location was a variety store 280m west of here. This location, at least the counter is in the back where our FedEx packages are also kept far in the back and not out in the open.”

“Searched up board game stores in my area and this came up! The check-in process for bags was also very straightforward. Board games are organized alphabetically rather by genre, which made it a little challenging for me to find what I was looking for, but the staff member at the front was very knowledgeable (guy with glasses and a ponytail)! I was looking for some mystery / case file games and he suggested Unlock and Exit, I had to really narrow down my selection given how much variety there was! The prices were very affordable and it was super cool to see a vast array. A lot of D&D stuff as well which was cool. I didn’t check out the arcade in the back yet but I will definitely be back soon! Got 5 items for $96 after tax. Super great spot for nerds!”

“I had a great experience shopping here for baby dresses for my 1 year old! They have a cute selection of full suits, rompers and stitched dresses for toddlers. The fabric is super soft, breathable and perfectly safe for delicate baby skin, no itchy seams or cheap elastic. The designs are trendy, the stitching is durable and the staff were very polite and patient to help me to get the exact 12 month size. Highly recommend for baby clothes!”

“This toy shop is incredible, the owner is a lovely man who really cares. The shop has been in the city for decades. I travel 1hr to take my kids here to pick something special & get all my children’s birthday gifts there. Legos, science kits, Douglas’, puzzles, puppets, and so so much more. It’s independently owned and not some corporation and I highly recommend doing your shopping here. They have the perfect selection of amazing items that are unique and hard to find. Not sure why anyone would write a negative comment but supporting small Toronto businesses makes a difference”
