“My kids absolutely love this place! They have an incredible selection of children’s books, and the cozy reading area makes discovering new stories even more enjoyable!? The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help with recommendations. This is one of our favourite spots in the neighbourhood, I would give them more than five stars if I could!”

It would be exciting to see scheduled programs like storytimes or readings in the future, echoing the communal spirit of a library. But even as it stands, this is already a standout shop with so much to offer.”

Was on my way, empty handed, to my nephew’s first birthday and stopped by last minute; staff was great at pointing me in the right direction for toys in his age range and even wrapped it nicely for me so I was all set! Great range of toys too! I think the holidays are taking their toll on everyone but staff did their best and I appreciate it :3

Has tons of good spray paints/paint products and some really cool collectables from blind boxes to old sports cards to pokemon cards. Definately a cool spot in toronto to check out. “I love this store so much! It was very organized and clean, and it was clear that the owner knew actually what he was doing. He opened right at 11:00, answered all of my questions, and was very polite. The selection of Sonny angel and Smiski was immaculate, and once again, very organized. I've ordered from them online but went to Toronto for a vacation and had to check out the physical location and picked up a figure while I was there. “based on the customer service alone I am very happy with my experience. I ordered something on December 23 and I did call before hand, so I knew that the office was closed during the holidays. However I was surprised to get an email to advise me that even with the office closed they could accommodate a pick up. I was so happy to be able to pick up earlier so I could give the the item to my nephew for Christmas. This small gesture especially during the holiday season really made a huge difference.”

“Brought my son to Toytown to pick out a new toy, and it turned into a great experience for both of us. The store is packed with unique toys, games, and activities that you don't find everywhere else. My son loved exploring every aisle, and I enjoyed seeing him so excited. We ended up leaving with more than we planned, but it was worth it. It's refreshing to find a toy store that still feels fun and full of discovery. We'll definitely be back.”

Not only do I always find exactly when I want when I’m coming in here, customer service is the best in the neighbourhood. All three of these lovely ladies are always so helpful and friendly. A fantastic selection of both new and consignment items.

“Love this store, they have tons of figuarts and yeah some of the prices can be a bit high but it's always nice to see the latest releases as they import their figures directly from japan and it's always cool to see them in person and maybe pick up one or two each time I go like the last one I bought from them was okarun from dandadan and they also have tons of model kits some mafex some statues a bunch of manga and some figmas and nendoroids and other cool stuff”
