Today I visited them to complain about a vape I bought brand flavor beast 8000 puffs and I believe that the vape has a manufacturing defect because it didn't last for long so I went to to complain and the salesman at the shop Mr Owen was very nice and professional in dealing with me and he gladly replace the vape with a new without any charge. “July 11 2026 I visited 180 Smoke at Islington and Bloor. I purchased the IQOS ILUMA i ONE bundle and a carton of IQOS TEREA 180 Smartcore Sticks. I was in a hurry and asked the customer service representative not register the IQOS device. I would complete it at home. I proceeded with the purchase and departed.
Upon returning home I discovered that I was missing the TEREA 54 Smartcore Sticks that were supposed to be included with the bundle. I immediately contacted the store and spoke with the same customer service representative who made the sale. I was assured that the issue would be resolved.
The sale was completed hastily at my request which resulted in a misunderstanding of my purchase. I take full responsibility for this. I sincerely thank both customer service representatives who assisted me and store manager Victoria. They gave me their time and were patient with me. A coupon credit was issued and I was very grateful.”
