Last week I spoke with Paul (Service Advisor for Commercial and Agriculture tires) and purchase a new set of tires for my CIH 585 tractor / loader. Paul has spent a lifetime in the tire industry and his competency and vast experience shows.

They had the tires in stock the next day, ready for installation, however we had to reschedule the installation twice due to adverse winter weather. Paul phoned me regularly over the next several days and kept me advised of the new installation schedule.

We rescheduled the installation for last Monday afternoon. We had another snowfall, however, Brennen, Tirecraft's Commercial and Agricultural technician, made it through the less than ideal weather and road conditions.

Brennen's experience and strong work ethic told me he was comfortable with completing all of the challenges in replacing my 38 year old tractor tires. At the end of most people's work day, Brennen didn't pack up his tools and offer to return the next day to complete the installations, he stayed until the job was done, taking particular care to ensure all aspects of the job were done properly. Even when the tires were installed at 6:00 pm and Brennen could have left, he stayed for an additional hour and helped me put on my traction chains. He told me he was already here, he still had his jacks out, and he was willing to help me get them on. That kind of service is exceptional in my opinion.

I have dealt with Haugh Tirecraft Exeter on many occasions over the past number of years and have always found they have excellent staff, offer fair and competitive prices and offer great service. They really make a difference when you need tires. I would have no reservations in recommending Haugh Tirecraft Exeter for their tires needs.
