I came in today in hopes to make an exchange for a defective coat I previously bought here. Ben was extremely helpful and despite me not having my receipt, he was able to help me exchange my coat quickly and without any hassle. He was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Great experience.

Excellent customer service by Janice today. Clean store and great selection. Expensive but definitely worth it when specials are offered.
