“Great outlet mall. Easy to walk around without getting confused. Tons of great brand name stores. Most stores had a good selection of products with some solid deals. Food court has decent variety, not a ton of options but still satisfying.”

It is very clean inside, smells great, is well taken care. The staff are very kind and friendly, and it is fun place to play.
They have a lot of pool tables to choose from, and have music playing while you play pool.
I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in a safe, enjoyable environment to play pool and to hangout with friends.”
“More popular stores are on the south side of the plaza. Parking and traffic on this side can be challenging. Park a little further. Save yourself the hassle. Carful of those speeding to and from the ABM Drive-Thru.”

“Great little plaza with lots of great stores to hit up. Depending on the days and times can be a busy parking lot. If paying attention it's easy to navigate and come out with some great buys.”
“I was at Scott and Vine Plaza. I went to Co-operators Insurance to pick up some paperwork. I had just walked in the door, and the receptionist had what I wanted waiting for me, I believe her name was Laura. I hope that's it. If not, sorry. And a gentleman approached me and introduced himself, his name escapes me. But they were so kind and professional. We have been with Co-operators for years they have never let us down, they have always been there to meet our insurance needs. And we will be there for years to come.

“I visit this plaza quite often as it has a shopper's drug mark, a grocery store and ricky joe's which is a restaurant which is amazing, casual and great food”
“There is a good variety of shops. There were some extra deals in almost every store, which was nice. It is very well located, especially if you travel to the falls (like I was). It looks nice and tidy inside. I was visiting during the week, so it wasn’t crowded, but rather pleasant. The food court was nice, with different choices.”

“We went to the new furniture and appliance store called temperamens we checked their prices and looked at their products and it's all very comparable so I thought it was a great place to go to is there a finance options are quite extraordinary so I think a lot of people would take advantage of that”
“The Real Canadian Superstore Anchor. Others store fronts are outlet style. Restaurants and Gas station on this side. Plenty of parking.
Be careful behind the Superstore where the Tim Hortons Drive-Thru is. When dark it is difficult to see there. Further the blind entry from Fourth Ave on the Southeast side of the Superstore. Brushes block your view of those entering and they do not have a stop sign.”
“I had the Little Caesars in the plaza. The man working there was very nice, hard-working and the pizza tasted amazing. I got the stuff crossed pepperoni pizza and I got the stuffed crazy breads. Both were really good”

“Pendale Plaza being across from the biggest mall in Niagara “The Pen Center” this little strip of businesses does very well for itself and isn’t intimidated by the mall,. It has something for everyone, make sure to check out this old gem when you’re in the area. Has a few: thrift store, restaurants, toy store, banks.”
“Went to Smith's Fine Foods after being notified that our meat order, which was phoned in earlier in the afternoon, ws ready Always gr8 service,meats are fantastic & priced right. I won't go any where else for my meats. Weekends have a BBQ set up in the parking lot so anyone who want to sample may do so. TRY IT Y'ALL LIKE IT”

“There are so many shopping malls along Fourth Avenue that it seems they are running out of creative names!This outdoor mall is the newest mall and opened in 2019. There are approximately 125,000 square feet of retail space. The biggest retailer is Farm Boy. Other big retailers are Princess Auto, PenFinancial Credit Union, Effort Trust, Sherwin Williams Paints. There are many restaurants like KFC, Mucho Burrito, Firehouse Subs, Mr Mikes SteakhouseCasual, and Starbucks. Other retailers are dentists, nail salon, hair salon, and pottery painting.There are quite enough parking spaces. Certainly places have their own dedicated

“This is a great mall and definitely worth a visit! There are plenty of stores to explore, and one you shouldn’t miss is Perfume Palace, located next to Hallmark Cards. They offer amazing deals and a wide selection of perfumes and toys. I’ve shopped there several times and always found great bargains — definitely better than what you’d find at the big box stores.”
“I appreciate all the stuff in the pharmacy department at Shoppers Drug Mart Rose City Plaza. Mara and Crystal are absolute sweethearts. They always take the time to give me excellent service. I appreciate the fast free delivery for my medications because I do not drive. I've been with Rose City Shoppers Drug Mart for 11 years now.”
“Went shopping for Christmas during the Black Friday weekend and I was looking for toddler size clothing. Crystal (the manager) was on a step ladder putting out merchandise stock and asked if I was looking for anything. I told her what I was looking for and she dropped everything she was doing to help me. She made several trips to the stock room to try and find the sizes I needed. I walked out happy! “I happen to love the Fairview Mall in St. Catharines, I've loved it since I was a small child; not as many stores as before but still clean and quiet and very enjoyable to shop and stop for a bite to eat; the bus stops at the back of the Mall and that's convenient for me to get back home; I know the seniors in the area love it too, so I hope they will continue to remain open”
